Why Creativity Matters in Website Design
It’s an all too familiar scene, somewhere someone comes across a boxey, generic, meaningless-techno-style-saturated designed website for what could have been an easy sale otherwise only to bounce in disgust in search of someone who looks like they know what they are doing.
What really went wrong? People are tired of most of the mainstream design that is sold as popular today when it comes to websites. They really want an experience, not a WordPress ad.
Creativity is the main thing that keeps a visitor at your site for more than 3 seconds, and it can help sell your product or service much more effectively than all the stuffy hard corners and official sounding sales bluster ever will. And, it all comes down to design.
Before you get a website designer, ask yourself, are they an artist? Does this mean something to them or is it just a paycheck? What are they really doing for me? Creativity has to be the main motivator in any designer, otherwise you will see a much reduced return on your website investment.
